Why Shop
Circle City Bicycles?

Roy Keller - Store Manager & Co-Owner Years ago, there were many neighborhood bicycle shops across America. They were typically staffed by the owner, with perhaps 1 or 2 trusted employees. In addition to selling bikes, they provided quality repair service, ordered special items which they didn't stock, and always gave good, unbiased advice. Sadly, many neighborhood bicycle shops have been replaced by much larger stores. These big stores offer impressive selections of bicycles, but sometimes don't seem interested in helping you with finding replacement parts or ordering special items.

If you are fortunate enough to have a good neighborhood bike shop in your area, we recommend that you continue to patronize it. If you don't have one, then think of us as your neighborhood shop, even if you're miles away from us.

We're always happy to order special items for you, although we do require deposits (payable by credit card) in most cases. If you're looking for some hard to find item, give us a call at 1-800-793-7801 and we will see if we can find it in our database. Please note that there are some items that our dealer contracts do not allow us to sell by mail. If you're looking for old parts, we might have some in our inventory. Roy Keller (left) is store manager & co-owner of Circle City Bicycles. He has over 30 years experience in the cycling business. Bill Hannah (below left) is relatively new to Circle City Bicycles (January, 2005), but before joining us he was the bicycle manager at the southside Galyan's before they were bought out by Dick's Sporting Goods. Prior to that he operated a mobile bicycle repair business called "The Bike Wright". If you have been on TRIRI (Touring Ride in Rural Indiana) in recent years, you may have seen him working there as a volunteer mechanic. In addition to these fine gentlemen, we also rely on a number of part time adults & teenagers. Some of these folks have a thorough knowledge of the bike business, while others have a more limited experience base. If you have a question that you think takes an expert, do not hesitate to ask for Bill or Roy when you call. Shown in the lower right photo is Ed Pope, webmaster. Don't e-mail him any bike questions unless it is about bicycle touring, because he probably can't answer it.
