Looking for good bicycle shorts for women? Cycling shorts usually have 4, 6 or 8 panels. Panels refer to the number of pieces the shorts are made from. Shorts with fewer panels are less expensive since less sewing is required. Shorts with more panels provide a better fit.

The 912 O2 is a good entry level short at a reasonable price. The chamois has an ergonomic shape that places padding in critical areas while the perforated anti-bacterial face allows for the transportation of heat and moisture away from the body, keeping you comfortable. 352 Criterium Pro Short features thicker material and a better chamois. It also has flat seams for comfort.
